Aldepa - Real Estate all in one place

These terms govern your use of the Aldepa platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts found to be fraudulent or misleading may be suspended immediately.

Listings and Leads

Property owners guarantee that their listings are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with local regulations. Lead seekers agree to use platform data solely for genuine property inquiries. Any misuse, including spam or fraudulent inquiries, is strictly prohibited.

Transactions

Aldepa facilitates connections between parties but is not a party to any lease, sale, or rental agreement. All financial terms, deposits, and contracts are negotiated directly between users. We may charge service fees as disclosed at the time of transaction.

Prohibited Conduct

Users may not: post false or misleading listings, attempt to circumvent platform fees, harvest user data without consent, engage in discriminatory practices, or use the platform for any illegal purpose. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

Limitation of Liability

Aldepa provides the platform "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness. We are not liable for disputes between users, inaccuracies in listings, or damages arising from platform use. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases. Listing data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections on liability, jurisdiction, and dispute resolution survive termination.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lima, Peru. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
